The intelligence layer
Gains, risks and how far you’ve come.
Six surfaces, one set of numbers. Capture and controls feed them, and they’re what an owner or a finance lead actually opens: the agents’ findings, a Daily Brief of decisions, an Operation Snapshot sealed at day zero, ROI and Value with its working shown, Insights and the analysis dashboards.
Everything else starts with a finding.
Nine agents ask the questions you need to ask, across every invoice, delivery, statement and bank line. Each answer is one finding: what happened, why it matters in pounds and the one thing to do. The brief, the snapshot and the value tracker all read from them.
Other tools send alerts. The Daily Brief sends decisions.
One brief per organisation per day, the same in your inbox and in the app. Every item is sorted by your own policy into one of four tiers, and decisions are capped at twelve, so it reads in the time it takes to drink a coffee.
- DecideItems that block a payment or put real money at stake: duplicates, fraud, large price spikes. One decision, recorded with its inputs
- Worth knowingThe same pattern across several invoices, grouped into one stack. One acknowledgement for the batch
- RepeatsAnything left unactioned past its patience window.Bundled weekly, then shown when you next sign in
- Auto-loggedSmall and informational items under your thresholds.Never notifies; kept in the audit trail
The day's decisions take minutes, each with its evidence. Nothing slips, because it escalates until someone decides. Items are tagged for finance or operations. A decided item stays decided, and a weekly digest rolls up the quiet ones.

How far from day zero, against a baseline nobody can move.
At go-live OmniPATH seals a day-zero epoch: the previous twelve months of ledger spend, broken down by counterparty and state, each piece with a detail band and a category. Later epochs are sealed the same way, and the snapshot only ever reads sealed measures.
- Every piece of spend carries a detail band: header-only, partial or detailed
- Every change names the epoch it's measured against
- When coverage changes, attribution is marked unknown rather than claimed
- Findings say how they close, and the positives are shown too
No ERP or P2P tool seals a baseline. Without one, "we saved you X" is a moving average argued over in a quarterly review. With one, it's a dated receipt.
This is the demo baseline: everything that left the account in the twelve months to day zero.
£1,000,000 went out across five units, £963,357 of it hidden. The accounts knew who was paid. They didn't know what was bought.

Every figure cites its rows, its method and its assumptions.
Twenty-three value dimensions, each with a declared method and a value type (cash, avoided cost or operational), computed on the server from your own records. A spend tool shows a chart. This shows a claim you can audit.
- HeadlineValue found, value banked against value still open, the banked rate with its basis, savings rate on spend under management, value and true cost per invoice, payback and ROI against your plan price and time to bank.
- Board viewThe five figures a board asks for, each with its period and its scope, for the whole business or one unit.
- TrackerRecovered against target, the trajectory and each finding's journey from raised to actioned to banked. Nothing is counted twice.
- ForecastsSpend and savings, trend plus seasonal, against actuals back to the first month, with a confidence figure. Projections are labelled and kept out of every total.
- OperationsStraight-through rate, capacity freed, data hygiene and the assumptions used, on the page for a buyer to challenge.
Forecasts are labelled as projections and never added to a total. The figures above are one operator’s, read 23 Oct 2026; see the full proof.
The questions the agents keep asking, as pages.
The same computations serve the page, the agent and LEDGE. There’s no report version and alert version of a number.

Each card has its own data source and renders as soon as its data arrives, so one slow figure never holds up the page.

The brief raises it. LEDGE explains it. You decide.
LEDGE answers the question the brief raised, with the rows. The brief records the decision LEDGE informed, and the loop closes in the audit trail.
