Common questions we get asked first.

How long is the demo and what should I prepare?
Thirty minutes is the default - fifteen for the platform tour and fifteen for your specific workflow. The most useful prep is to have a real workflow in mind: a supplier you'd like to onboard, three of your invoices you'd like processed live, the supplier you're least sure about. We'd rather walk through your data than show you a clean demo dataset.
Do you support my sector?
Hospitality, care homes, multi-site retail, construction and education are the sectors with the most active customers and the most pre-built configuration. The platform's underlying model - sites, suppliers, invoices, budgets - applies broadly, so adjacent sectors usually fit. If you're in something niche, the demo is the fastest way to find out - bring an example workflow and we'll show you whether the data shapes line up.
What's the typical implementation timeline?
For a single-site Basic plan, you can be self-serving in a day or two - sign up, connect your accounting provider, upload some invoices. For multi-site Premium implementations with bulk supplier import, custom approval routes and integrations, the typical timeline is 2-4 weeks of setup with our team alongside yours, then go-live. We do the migration heavy-lifting; you focus on the configuration calls.
Do you have a published pricing page?
Yes - three plans (Free, Basic, Premium) with usage-based document and verification pricing, all published on the pricing page. For multi-site, multi-org or volume pricing, the demo conversation is the fastest way to get an exact number - typically the question is "how many sites and how many docs per month" and we can quote off that.
Can I trial the platform before committing?
Yes - the Free tier lets you process up to 50 documents a month with 10 supplier records and a single site. For larger trials we'll set up a sandbox environment with your real data after the demo, typically a 10-day or 30-day window depending on scope. No card required for either.
Where does our data sit and is it secure?
UK-hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest (RDS-level) and TLS 1.3 in transit. Bank details are encrypted with Fernet/AES on top of that and masked in API responses. Row-level tenant isolation by org_id. The Anthropic Claude integration powering LEDGE has a no-training, no-retention agreement on the API tier we use. Full security details are on the homepage and we're happy to walk through your specific compliance questions on the call.
Can we self-host or is it cloud-only?
Cloud-only today - multi-tenant SaaS on AWS in the UK region. Self-hosted or single-tenant deployments aren't part of the standard offering and aren't on the near-term roadmap. If your compliance environment requires a single-tenant setup, that's a conversation worth having directly - there are circumstances where it's been arranged for the right size of customer, but it's not the default.
